The business registration number is collected specifically to verify account legitimacy and prevent fraudulent registrations.
Business Financial Data: As part of providing our services, we collect and store your business financial information including invoices, quotations, cashflow records, vendor information, transaction history and budget data. This information is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure.
Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the duration of your visit.
Email Data: If you connect your email account to use our Email Poller feature, we access your inbox solely to identify and extract vendor invoice information. We do not read, store or process any other email content.
Third Party Service Providers: We share your information with trusted third party service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering our services. This includes Supabase for secure data storage and Stripe for payment processing. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable laws.

If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for account recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.
